If you receive your watch and it's not what you expected whether it's the size, style, color, or just a personal change of heart you can raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

This policy applies to:

  • Couple watch sets

  • All collections including Dominion Series, Serenite, Lucid, Maha Vastu, Aureolis, and all other Canon Quartz collections

How to Raise a 7-Day Exchange Request

Raising an exchange request is simple and fast. Follow these steps:

Step 1 Contact Us Within 7 Days of Delivery
Write to us at marketing@canonquartz.com or reach out through our official website's Contact page at canonquartz.com/pages/contact-us Mention your Order ID and the reason for exchange (optional no questions asked!).

Step 2 Keep the Watch Ready for Pickup
Make sure the watch is in its original condition unworn, unscratched, and with all original packaging, tags, box, and accessories included. The watch should be exactly as you received it.

Step 3 We Arrange a Reverse Pickup
Once your exchange request is confirmed, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. You don't need to visit any store or courier office.

Step 4 Choose Your New Watch
Once we receive the original watch back and verify its condition, you can select a replacement watch of equal or higher value (you pay only the difference for higher-value items).

Step 5 We Ship Your New Watch
Your new watch will be dispatched and delivered to your address within the standard shipping timeline.

What Is NOT Eligible for Exchange?

We want to be completely transparent with you. The following situations are not covered under our exchange policy:

❌ Watch is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
❌ Watches that have been tampered with or repaired by any unauthorized service
