1. Shipping Coverage

We ship Pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes across the country. Whether you're in a metro city or a remote location, we strive to reach you with the same level of care and precision that goes into crafting each Canon Quartz timepiece.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeline

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days from dispatch

  • Tier-2 Cities: 4-5 business days from dispatch

  • Tier-3 Cities & Remote Areas: 4-5 business days from dispatch

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges - what you see at checkout is what you pay.

5. Courier & Logistics Partners

To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we work with industry-leading courier partners:

These partners are chosen for their extensive reach, reliability, and commitment to safe handling of your precious timepiece.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A unique tracking number via email and SMS

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time

  • Regular updates on your order status

You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We understand the importance of timely delivery. In the rare event of a delay or failed delivery attempt:

  1. First Attempt: Our courier partner will make the initial delivery attempt as per the scheduled timeline

  2. Escalation: If the delivery fails, the shipment is immediately escalated, and our team contacts you to coordinate a re-attempt

  3. Second Attempt: Our courier partner will make another delivery attempt at a mutually convenient time

  4. RTO (Return to Origin): If the second delivery attempt also fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as RTO and returned to our facility

  5. Full Refund: Once the RTO shipment is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days

What you can do to avoid delivery issues:

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct

  • Keep your phone accessible for courier partner communication

  • Provide landmark details if your location is difficult to find

  • Track your order regularly to stay updated

8. Packaging & Safety

Your Canon Quartz timepiece is carefully packaged in:

  • Its signature brand box

  • A durable, cushioned outer shipping container

  • Full insurance coverage during transit

This ensures your watch arrives in pristine condition, exactly as it left our hands.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, please:

  • Check the package for any visible damage before accepting

  • If the packaging appears damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately

  • Once accepted, inspect your watch within 24 hours and report any issues to marketing@canonquartz.com

10. Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows your order as "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted the package

  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status so we can initiate an investigation with our courier partner
