Date of Purchase: This must be clearly visible on your warranty card or invoice.

Place of Purchase: The name of the official retailer or website where your watch was purchased.
Understanding The Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Submit your warranty claim with your proof of purchase, contact details, and clear images of the watch and the issue.
Step 2: Our team reviews the submitted details and responds within 2–3 business days.
Step 3: If your claim is eligible, we will guide you with either a complimentary pickup for serviceable pin codes or the nearest authorized partner store for drop-off.
Step 4: Once the watch is received and inspected, the service process usually takes 14–21 business days before it is returned to you.
Keep In Mind
- Your Canon Quartz watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
- The warranty applies only to eligible manufacturing defects.
- Battery issues, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Leather straps and metal straps are excluded from warranty coverage due to regular usage wear.
- A stamped warranty card is the primary proof of warranty activation and purchase.
- If the warranty card is unavailable, an original dated invoice or official e-receipt may be requested for verification.
- Complimentary insured pickup is available for most serviceable pin codes across India.
- If required, customers may also be directed to the nearest authorized Canon Quartz partner store for support.
- Out-of-warranty watches may still be accepted for paid repair, subject to inspection and service approval.
