Your Canon Quartz watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

  • What is Covered: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects concerning the watch movement, case, or dial.

  • What is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover the battery, normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by accidents, improper use, or negligence. The warranty for straps (both leather and metal) is also not included as they are subject to wear and tear.

  3. Date of Purchase: This must be clearly visible on your warranty card or invoice.

  4. Place of Purchase: The name of the official retailer or website where your watch was purchased.

Step 2: Submit Your Claim

Step 3: Our Review & Next Steps

Once your claim is submitted, our dedicated service team will carefully review the details. You can expect to hear from us via email or phone within 2-3 business days.

We will confirm if the issue is covered under our warranty and provide you with one of two simple solutions for service:

  • Option 1: Arranged Pick-Up For most pin codes across India, we will arrange a complimentary, insured pick-up of the timepiece directly from your address.

  • Option 2: In-Store Service For faster service or for locations that are not serviceable for pick-up, we will direct you to the nearest authorized Canon Quartz partner store to submit your watch for its warranty claim.

What if I lost my warranty card? The warranty card is the primary proof of purchase and warranty activation. If you have lost your card, a clear, original dated invoice or official e-receipt from the place of purchase will be required.

How long will the repair process take? Our goal is to return your timepiece to you as quickly as possible, without compromising the precision of our work. Once we receive your watch, the typical service time is 14-21 business days, after which it will be shipped back to you.

Do I have to pay for shipping? If your claim is approved and a pick-up is arranged (Option 1), there is no charge for shipping. If you are directed to an in-store (Option 2), there is no cost to drop off your watch.

My watch is outside the 1-year warranty period. Can you still help? Yes. If your warranty has expired, we still offer paid repair services. Please submit your details, and our team will provide you with a repair estimate before proceeding with any work.
