Is Canon Quartz related to Canon, the camera brand?
No. Canon Quartz is an independent Indian watch brand, founded in Ahmedabad in 1997 and registered under Trade Mark No. 1716672. We make only watches, and canonquartz.com is our official store.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your pincode. Shipping is free and insured across India, and you'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, with partial Cash on Delivery: pay a small amount online to confirm your order and the rest in cash when it arrives. Any COD fee is shown before you confirm. You can also pay in full by UPI, card or net banking, or choose EMI at checkout.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
Exchange any watch within 7 days of delivery, whether it's the size, style, colour or a simple change of heart. Each product page lists the case size, and a local watchmaker can resize a steel bracelet quickly.
What does the warranty cover?
Every watch has a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, case and dial. For eligible claims, we arrange free pickup on serviceable pincodes. Battery, accidental damage and normal wear aren't covered.
What's inside a Canon Quartz watch?
A reliable Japanese quartz movement, protected by hardened mineral glass. Bracelets are high-grade stainless steel and straps are genuine leather. Case size and strap details are listed on each product page.
Are the watches water resistant?
Yes, for everyday life: hand-washing, rain and splashes are fine. They're not made for swimming, showering or diving, so take your watch off for those. Each product page lists its exact rating.
