We want you to be delighted with your Canon Quartz timepiece. If you need to exchange your watch, here's what you need to know:

Exchanges Only: We offer exchanges for watches in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Damaged in Transit: If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement for you right away.

Warranty Claims: For warranty-related concerns, simply courier your watch to the address shared with you via email. We'll happily reimburse your shipping costs.

Valid Reasons for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damaged watch or packaging

  • Incorrect product received

Partial Prepaid & Convenience Fee – Non-Refundable: Please note that the partial prepaid amount paid for COD orders is non-refundable. Similarly, the ₹299 convenience fee is non-refundable once paid.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your trust in Canon Quartz however, this fee cannot be refunded regardless of the circumstance.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Reach out to our Customer Care team within seven days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and the reason for your exchange.

  3. Our team will warmly guide you through the rest of the process.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are processed once the original watch is received and inspected.

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
