   Chains: Our stainless steel straps are made from high-grade, durable stainless steel.
   Belts: We use only genuine leather, which offers a supple, comfortable feel that molds to your wrist.
   Health & Comfort: All materials are chosen to be hypoallergenic and kind to Indian skin types, ensuring an enduring radiance without irritation.
   
   
2. What kind of movement powers a Canon Quartz watch? At the heart of every Canon Quartz timepiece is a reliable and precise Japanese movement. Renowned globally for its accuracy and durability, this ensures your watch performs with unwavering consistency, day after day.
3. Are Canon Quartz watches water-resistant? Our timepieces are designed for daily life and are rated for 5ATM water resistance. This means they can withstand minor splashes from hand washing or light rain. However, they are not intended for swimming, diving, or showering. To preserve the integrity of the case and the genuine leather strap, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
   
4. How should I care for my watch?
   For the Case & Chain: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
   For the Leather Strap: Avoid exposing the leather to water, oils, and direct sunlight to prevent discoloration. If it gets damp, pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
   Storage: When not in use, store your watch in its original box in a cool, dry place to protect it from dust and scratches.
   
5. What is the expected lifespan of a Canon Quartz watch? A Canon Quartz timepiece is engineered to be a long-term companion. 7. How do you ensure the quality of each timepiece? Our commitment to precision extends to our quality control. Each watch undergoes a multi-point inspection process after assembly. We check for timekeeping accuracy, cosmetic perfection of the case and dial, strap integrity, and overall function before the timepiece is packaged and certified with our one-year warranty.
   
   
8. What type of glass is used for the watch face? We use hardened mineral glass for all our timepieces. This glass is specially treated to resist scratches and impacts from everyday wear, ensuring a clear and unobstructed view of the dial for years to come.
   
   
9. Will the brass case change its appearance over time? Yes, and this is one of the most beautiful characteristics of a brass watch. Over time, it will develop a unique, subtle patina based on your personal wear and environment. This natural aging process means that no two watches will be exactly alike, making your timepiece a truly personal object that evolves with you.
   
   
10. Will the color of the PVD coated cases or stainless steel chains fade? Our stainless steel and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coated cases are engineered for high durability and color steadfastness. Under normal wear, they will not fade. We recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces to maintain the original finish.
    
    
11. Are the watch hands luminous for visibility in the dark? Our current collections prioritize a clean, minimalist aesthetic and therefore do not feature luminous paint on the hands or hour markers.
    
    
12. Is the leather used for your straps ethically and sustainably sourced? Yes. As part of our "Consciously Crafted" commitment, we work with suppliers who adhere to ethical sourcing standards for all our genuine leather straps. We are dedicated to ensuring our materials are sourced with respect for both environmental and labor practices.
    

Order and Shipping: 

1. What are your shipping policies within India? We are pleased to offer complimentary, insured shipping on all orders across India. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, with delivery expected within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
2. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey to your doorstep.
3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available as a payment option? Yes. To enhance your convenience and flexibility, we are pleased to now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across most serviceable pin codes in India. Simply select the COD option during checkout, and you can pay in cash to our delivery partner upon the arrival of your timepiece. We ask that you please have the exact amount ready, as our courier partners may not be able to provide change. A nominal convenience fee may be applied to COD orders, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. This is part of our ongoing commitment to making your experience with Canon Quartz as seamless and trustworthy as possible.
4. Can I modify my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed? If you need to make a change, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
5. How is my watch packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition? Your timepiece is first secured within its signature Canon Quartz brand box. This box is then placed inside a durable, cushioned shipping container to protect it from any impacts or vibrations during transit, ensuring it arrives as pristine as it was when it left our hands.
6. What should I do if my order arrives with visible damage to the packaging? If you notice significant damage to the shipping container upon delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier and contact us immediately. If the damage is discovered after opening, please photograph the issue and email our support team within 24 hours so we can arrange a swift resolution.
7. Do you offer expedited or next-day shipping for urgent orders? Our standard complimentary shipping is optimized to reach most locations in India within 3-7 business days. At present, we do not offer an official expedited shipping option at checkout.
8. I have not received my order, but the tracking shows it as "delivered." What do I do? In the rare event this occurs, please first check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within 48 hours of the "delivered" status so we can initiate an investigation with our courier partner.

Every watch arrives in our signature sophisticated packaging, making it a perfect gift without any need for additional wrapping.
